Birdsong

Man I love it when I have some "free" time. I finished up a bunch of "stuff" that I've been working on for school for several weeks. Then I gave myself permission to do something fun. I actually got out the watercolors and painted a couple of little pictures. I wanted to try something a little more illustrative and "loose". Loose is something I really like in other peoples paintings. It seems to be beyond me. It just ends up looking like some anal person pretending to be loose.
Sigh...

However, I am NOT going to go back and try to clean these up. They will remain "as is" and I am going to send them off to two little bohemian girls in Texas for their room. I'm pretty sure they won't care that it's not loose. I think they'll just like the fact that there are colorful circles, which they both seem to really like.

I would like to qualify that the colors are quite a bit different from the scan than they are on the paintings. I'm not going to mess around trying to tweak them - you can get the gist of it...
