Kelsey couldn't decide what kind of cake she wanted. So I asked Chloe what we should make for her. Her response? A pink cake. So, that's what we made. A triple layer strawberry cake with white cream cheese frosting and pink embellishments. I forgot to take a picture of it until it had been cut into, but you can "kind of" see it below while Chloe is helping Kelsey on the second round of candle blowing. Kelsey got about half of them out her first go round. Maybe her lack of breath had something to do with trying to run 6 miles during her lunch break in a bazillion degree heat (ok, maybe it only felt that hot to me).
Kelsey got a new camera from Chuck. So, hopefully she'll be able to post pictures to her hearts content now. Assuming Miss Leyla can keep her lil mitts off of it.
The girls went into hyper mode what with the sugar, presents and company. We didn't get them to bed until late but I think everyone had a good time.
It's been wonderful to be here with the girls - sauna like weather aside. I'll have to post more pictures when I get home and have my own computer and the ever elusive "time".

I'm sure Kelsey was glad to have you there--especially for her birthday. Glad you had a good visit.
