Chuck and I actually went on a "date" on Friday evening. I know, shocking. We went to the opening night of the new Ron Howard/Tom Hanks/Dan Brown movie. I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't the biggest fan of the way the DaVince Code movie was done. Maybe it was because this time around Tom Hanks didn't look like a long haired greaser ? But, it seemed to be easier to follow the story line and keep up with things- Though of course there was still a massive amount of "information' that had to be squeezed into the dialog as the characters were running willy nilly from one side of Rome to the other. Overall I thought it was well done -( and I easily found Ron Howard's dad as one of the priests - though I didn't see his cro-magnum brother anywhere in the movie? ) I found the process of determining who would be the new pope interesting when I read the book and it still seemed pretty random in the movie. All in all, an interesting way to spend a couple of hours, packed away in a darkened room with strangers...

I'm always looking for the Ron Howard creepy brother. Perhaps he was hooded?
Glad you had a date!
