
I got up and forced myself to go outside to walk this morning. I've been having a rough time since we went on stupid DLS. Anyway, it was a BEAUTIFUL morning. And I DID actually enjoy it the walk. I still can't do any jogging because of my goofy neck issues and so I have to content myself with hills and distance, which takes more time but at least it was time outside instead of inside on the tread mill. I'm thrilled that the weather is getting better so I can spend some time outside and hopefully recoup some of the lost strength I used to have. Why is it it takes SO much time to gain the strength and so little time to lose it? That's just one of MANY questions I would like answered in the hereafter... But don't get me started!
