Ok, here we go again. I "thought" I had posted this pic with the other two last night...but it disappeared and I was too tired to go through the extended wait period to try and download it again at home. This is a pic of the cheese before Chuck sectioned it into 4 quarters (notice I did NOT say cut) and waxed it. If you look closely you can see the little bumps where the mold allows the cheese to squish out a little. And in answer to enquiring minds. Yes, the pics are of the actual cheese. It does look pretty professional huh!

Tell Chuck he is a cheese making fool. (If he wants a pun....he's a cheese Whiz.. but you know I HATE puns) I only wrote that because I have a vague memory of him using puns.... or is that Dennis?
I love puns...I am easily amused and cheese whiz is a good one. That cheese looks yummy. I eat cheese everyday....I am a cheese-aholic.
I can't speak for Chuck, but Dennis is a pun master. Just ask the boys who are constantly moaning about the pun factor at our house. Dennis has been on a tear lately too. He is however NOT a cheese Whiz. What a fun hobby for Chuck to pick up. We'll look forward to trying some out next visit.
That cheese looks delicious. Tell him I expect a sample of it next time he's in town. Mmmmm...
