The Scream

Let me assure you that I was just kidding around (notice how I didn't say "horsing"?). I was not on an out of control horse - I was just in my usual out of control, old lady mode with the single adult group last night. I can't remember the last time I was on a horse? I'm pretty sure it's been at least 20 some years. I didn't stay on long enough to get sore or anything- and no, that doesn't mean I got bucked off, it just means I "chose" to get off before I decided to do something silly like that.

The title to this post isn't so much in reference to the lovely look on my mug, as it is to how this week has been going for me. I am "somehow" in charge of WAY too many things and they all seem to be coming to a head right about now. Meanwhile, I am trying to get ready to go down to be with Kelsey in a week. Which I am Soooo excited about, but Soooo not ready for yet.

And with that in mind this will be a brief post and hopefully I will be able to catch up enough to take a deep breath or two before I head off into the wild blue yonder for Texas...
Oh yeah, I almost forgot! I had a very auspicious morning - I FOUND MY PASSPORT! Yeah, I've been looking for it for months! Now if I can find the painting.....

I've always found horses to be overrated.

That picture is hilarious! Made me laugh out loud.

You'll be happy to hear that when I walked outside this morning, I wasn't hit with a blast of heat! That's right, it's finally starting to cool down. So the heat aspect of your trip next week should be more bearable than last time you were here. Hope you can get everything all wrapped up before your trip next week.

That pic is so funny! It looks like you had a good time to say the least. And to answer your question, I'm just working at still trying to find a new job, getting ready to start school 1 Oct if the tuition money comes in on time and Dom is pretty grumpy with the 4 teeth coming in at once. Poor guy, hopefully he'll be a happy guy again soon. Other than that, same old thing.
